So from Vienna we travelled to Prague, fully embracing the “dreich weather” portion of the holiday.
This is probably old news but Prague is pretty special, and surprisingly full of kid-friendly entertainment.
There’s a tower to climb…

…and a mirror maze…

…and an observatory…

…and a castle…
…and a zoo…

…anyway, you get the idea. All a great deal of fun and just a very easy place to visit with children. Excellent public transport, a wide variety of entertainment and roasted pork knuckle as a regional dish.
What more could you want from a destination?
Not tempted to try some Absinthe? I'm very jealous reading about your adventures
